Very funny! And not just close to the truth but that is the state of the right of way!! Last time I walked along the ROW in the north part of the Island, I found a handful of spikes lying on the ground . What purpose does it serve to leave the rotting infrastructure in place and the right of way unused? It is a squandered opportunity, especially at a time when gas is so expensive.
